A structural engineer recommended us to carry out a drain survey to re confirm the cause of subsidence on the house. We initially got a survey done by STWA who suggested there was no leak. To get a 2nd opinion, we employed Happy Drains to do the same. Happy Drains sent out a full report along with the positions of the leaks.
