After calling this company I was told the Enginear world by with me between 11.30 and 14.00. The Enginear then phoned me at 11.00 and said he would be with me within 20 mins and he was. The problem was fixed very quickly and he flushed the hole length of drain and checked it was flowing ok. A brilliant service and very good value for money.
