Tommy and Gordon came round and were really polite and helpful from the offset. I was meant to have a survey but they listens to what I thought was the problem, told they understood and said they didn't need to carry out a survey and could unblock the drain. They then started work, got the problem sorted and gave me some advice on how to maintain the drain going forward.
