The work was carried out efficiently and under difficult circumstances as there had been a flood and it was quite difficult to manoeuvre his equipment as there were obstacles all over the place. The engineer was friendly, informative and courteous. He explained what he was doing as he went along. The advice was sound even though he had never encountered the situation . Alex managed to clear the blockage from the bath pipe using his wet vacuum cleaner but the sink pipework has more difficult to work on due to poor access including a pedestal which was too heavy to move without causing damage to the wall. But, he still managed to improve the drainage flow and then gave me clear advice on how to improve the pipework if they became blocked again. All in all I was very pleased with the standard and professionalism of the work undertaken and would recommend the company to friends, relatives etc.
