I contacted this company for some advice which was freely given. Having spent some time attempting to solve the problem I decided to call them again for help. The engineer turned up in good time and quickly identified the problem. The foul drain was jetted clear, the flow rate tested and all was back to normal. I was advised that should the problem recur a cctv survey would be necessary to identify the root cause. I would be happy to use them again.
