Blocked sink drainage pipe
Having had a different company the day before to try and clear the blockage to my sink and were unable to resolve the problem, I then called Happy drains. Aaron the drain engineer was brilliant. He had cameras and jets which where needed for this job as it was a little more complicated than the usual blocked sink. Although a difficult job Aaron was great. He was determined not to be beaten and to find a way to get the job done. I will definitely use Happy Drains again especially if all the engineers are as tenacious as Aaron.

The main drain from the back of our dwelling to the main sewer was blocked. Tried to jet clear myself with Karcher jetter but I wasn't successful. Use Checkatrade to find a contractor. Happy Drains Ltd replied within minutes. Sorted out a technician to arrive afternoon of the next day. Chris, the technician, rang 30 minutes prior to arrival. Job done in 101-15 minutes (it was a serious blockage). Chris cleared up before he went. More than happy with the solution to our problem - very professional and very timely.
