Awkward job due to position of pipes and connecting mains sewage and parking restrictions for their van (which houses the high pressure pumps etc) but they worked around it and came up with good solutions to unblock the pipe, despite these challenges. Efficient and polite. Fully expected to be charged more fro the work than quoted as it seems to take some time, but the bill was as agreed and I was pleasantly surprised. Good Customer service too.
