To clear a blocked sewer
I called Happy Drains to unblock a sewer. Aaron arrived on time as promised and was courteous and professional from the outset. He remedied the situation very quickly despite the blockage being very severe. His 16 years experience showed that Happy Drains employ only the very best. He catalogued the whole process with photos which were sent with the invoice. I can only recommend Aaron and Happy Drains and can say they delivered 100% what they promised very quickly. I am very happy and relieved that the problem has been dealt with adequately and will happily call them again if needed.

Work initially appeared successful. However problem started to repersist to a level where action is again required. Although clearly the same issue that needs to be investigated in greater detail than the initial work, Happy Drains state that because out of their 30 day guarantee they will not come back out without fully charging again. There was no budging on this, and no attempt to try to accommodate a job clearly initially not fully successfully completed. My mistakes - not spotting this is not a local company, and believing that there would be some pride in wanting to keep customers happy!
