"I called happy drains with blocked sink waste, the receptionist arranged for the technicians to attend the following day informing me they would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technicians did call me 30 minutes before arriving. They understood the difficulties involved with the blocked waste as the access was challenging and with patience and experience they unblocked the blockage. The guys were polite, tidy, on time, and knowledgeable. Will defiantly use happy drains again "

We were out when they arrived, and just got back after they finished, but after a mobile phone call they proceeded immediately. They kept me advised when they were arriving and what to expect - the engineers were both very able and very friendly - they had the drains unblocked very quickly and with minimum fuss.
