"Called Happy Drains late one evening to unblock our main kitchen drain which was crucial to dealing with the aftermath of a huge birthday party. Thankfully the wonderful plumber came as he said he would at noon and within twenty minutes had fixed the problem and checked that all was working both inside in the sinks and outside in the sewer lines. He cleared up carefully and very politely took his leave. A very satisfying experience!"

"We had a blocked surface-water drain in our lightwell. The team pulled out a lot of silt and managed to unblock it. They took away the silt and hosed down the area afterwards so it was clean. They explained how we could prevent this happening again to some extent and how to do the job ourselves should it recur. The guys were friendly and helpful."

"Really good experience. Very polite and professional. Slightly odd reason for a blocked drain (surprisingly tiling cement was blocking the base of the stack pipe), but the Happy Drains colleague came and cleared the blockage for me. They did a great job. Easy to deal with and made the process really smooth. Good pricing too. I'd happily recommend them and use them again"

"I whole-heartedly recommend Happy Drains. My initial telephone contact was handled with speed, efficiency, courtesy and clarity. I was given a fixed price quotation and an estimate of the time when the work would be done - both were met. I thought that the problem was in a down pipe but it was actually in two manholes for the mains sewer, both of which were hidden from view, one under garden soil, the under under paving slabs and screed on a patio. Wayne, the service engineer, quickly got on with locating the manholes and clearing the blockage. He was cheerful, friendly and efficient."
