Outside runoff drain to mains was backed up and overflowing.
Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful. Arranged for someone to call round between 1 and 3. I arrived home at 12.55 to find them patiently waiting outside. They were very friendly and helpful. Did a thorough job clearing the drain, lifting the manhole cover and making sure the water was flowing freely. I was delighted with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Great communication and fixed price drain clearance
From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made.
