Clearance of my bathroom sink and bath pipes which were completely blocked.
Alex managed to clear the blockage from the bath pipe using his wet vacuum cleaner but the sink pipework has more difficult to work on due to poor access including a pedestal which was too heavy to move without causing damage to the wall. But, he still managed to improve the drainage flow and then gave me clear advice on how to improve the pipework if they became blocked again. All in all I was very pleased with the standard and professionalism of the work undertaken and would recommend the company to friends, relatives etc.

Chap called Jason Gage arrived, did comprehensive CCTV survey, found my issue. Downpipe connection on driveway not installed properly to pipework leading to next pipe in system. Explained what he was doing, why, and didn't mind me asking him questions.. Did a thorough job, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

"The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean!
