From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. Happy Drains receptionist quickly arrange a visit the following morning to unblock our drains. We received a call 45 mins before arrival and the drains which had been blocked for 48 hours were unblocked within a few minutes, which was excellent as man hole covers in a neighbours garden were opened and showed that the drains were being exclusively used by our house.
