From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. Happy Drains receptionist quickly arrange a visit the following morning to unblock our drains. We received a call 45 mins before arrival and the drains which had been blocked for 48 hours were unblocked within a few minutes, which was excellent as man hole covers in a neighbours garden were opened and showed that the drains were being exclusively used by our house. "After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
