We had Arran come round to unblock our toilet after I tried all the usual DIY attempts. "Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. Friendly, prompt service on the phone, same again when the fella turned up. Done in 10 minutes. Didn't have to pay him then and there, but instead was issued online invoice and link to super-simple payment procedure. Brilliant. Highly recommended; will definitely use them again - just hope I won't have to! "
