I thought that the problem was in a down pipe but it was actually in two manholes for the mains sewer, both of which were hidden from view, one under garden soil, the under under paving slabs and screed on a patio. So happy with the service we received. Completed the online form on bank holiday Monday requesting a visit on Tuesday and had a call within an hour saying they'd come between 9 and 12. Lee arrived bang on 9am and got straight to work clearing our drain. Once ours was sorted it became clear there was a problem with the main sewer. After clearing about 30m it was apparent the problem was much further away at another house. Lee kindly called Thames Water on our behalf and advised they'd be attending in 4 hours - which they did.
