Called Happy Drains as although drain wasn't blocked it was smelling and there were drains flies. Excellent communication from all, keeping me informed as to time etc. They came the next day, on time, and hosed the drains out. We booked in a clean because our drain in the back garden smelled like rotting eggs. The technician took off the manhole cover and could see it was completely blocked. Damian from Happy Drains was friendly and cheerful, but always polite and professional and persistent with unblocking drain. Damian had a powerful acqua vac that was required to unblock the drain. "Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."
