Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. Unblocking of drain/sewage pipe
The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

I called Happy drains regarding my blocked sink which has started blocking my dishwasher too.I think I must have spoken to Emily at Customer service and she was very polite and explained the process to me. I got a plumber in my house in less that 2 hours! He managed to unblock the pipes super quick and made sure to clean any spillages left after.
