Kitchen Sink Drain Blockage
Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed.

Couldn't not fault Happy Drains. I put out a job request on check a trade on a Friday night around 11:00pm Saturday morning had a call back from the office . They would have come out same day but my choice to wait until Monday. The pricing was fixed so no hidden costs and I was made aware before the job was done. The whole team from the girls in the office to the guy who came out to sort out the toilet could not have been more helpful. Although was called to empty what was thought to be a grease trap, found drain was a blocked sewage drain, it was unblocked without question and then found the site grease trap and emptied that. Unbelievably good service.

We called because of toilet blockage problem. We were given a quote on call. Upon arrival the engineer found out that the blockage was because of a switch being off. He looked around the room to find it. Once switched on, the toilet worked again. It was not due to blockage which we has thought. After that we requested him if he could help us with slow draining of the shower. He looked at the around and uncloged the draign in a short time. He was very polite and very willing to help. He also suggested us on what to do next time if we find the same problem. Responsive and punctual.

The team of three who came out to clear the blocked drain were excellent: pleasant, good-humoured, and very efficient, clearing the blockage within a few minutes. The senior member of the team was particularly helpful, explaining to this first-time home-owner how my Victorian drainage system worked and what is and is not my responsibility in terms of maintenance. The company is let down only by its apparently patchy record-keeping: I had to provide my contact details multiple times as information wasn't recorded and/or passed on to the main office.
