As I don't have access to the communal drain (he had to do it from my neighbour's), he even got out a metal detector to locate where my access shaft is (under the patio). Overall, Martin was thoroughly helpful and professional. I must also say of Happy Drains that they answer the phone quickly, and the lady I spoke to was helpful and courteous."

"The only thing they drained was my bank account for a £75 plus VAT call out charge. However in all fairness they are a business not a charity and it's not their fault at least they turned up and attempted to unblock it on a Saturday as well (I called them same day) very responsive! It's now an Anglian Water problem."
