"Persistent unpleasant smell from drains into kitchen sink. Eliminated problems with internal plumbing so called HD. First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted. Engineer (Quinn) rang with ETA, arrived in middle of time slot. He was polite, professional, he quickly located and removed the problem and flushed the whole drainage system."

"We had a drain which had got progressively blocked over a week, with a complete blockage over the weekend. Found Happy Drains via a Google search and on the Sunday morning, requested a booking for the Monday via their online form. Monday am I get a call from their office to book the job in, 30mins later they arrive and have the problem sorted and advise me how best to avoid the same problem in the future.
