The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step thoroughly, cheerfully answering my questions (I'm curious about everything) and did the job quickly and with a great sense of humour, letting me fill the fatburgs that flowed out. Price was brilliant too. Couldn't recommend enough. "
