From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. Outside runoff drain to mains was backed up and overflowing.
Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful. Arranged for someone to call round between 1 and 3. I arrived home at 12.55 to find them patiently waiting outside. They were very friendly and helpful. Did a thorough job clearing the drain, lifting the manhole cover and making sure the water was flowing freely. I was delighted with their service and would definitely recommend them.
