From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. Outside runoff drain to mains was backed up and overflowing.

I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful.
