Called Happy Drains as I was let down by another drain company. I got straight through to someone who, after checking for available date called me back within minutes. I was informed that someone would be with me between 9 and 1 the following day. Next day I received a phone call around 10 from technician informing me he would be at my house within half hour. We had a problem with a slow draining and bubbling toilet, called Happy Drains on a Sunday and the amazing receptionist arranged for a call back that morning, with an engineer able to come out the very next day. When he arrived on Monday, Martin was absolutely superb: he diagnosed the problem straightaway and had everything unblocked very quickly. He even took the time to explain what he was doing to my seven-year-old and showed him a few tricks of the trade, which my son was absolutely delighted with.
