Foul smell in bathroom

"I had a disgusting smell of sewage coming through my pipes in the bathroom, after trying to solve the problem myself unsuccessfully i called Happy Drains and Alex arrived as planned, as soon as he flushed the loo he knew instantly what the problem was - a blockage in the pipes. To say he solved my problem is an understatement, he went to both of my neighbours to check their drains until he found the blockage and then went ahead and flushed the pipes through. He was a true gentleman, polite, funny and very caring. I highly recommend this company and especially Alex. Thank you Alex"

"Happy Drains sent Alex who was superbly focused and dedicated. He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. Very happy with their service and professionalism (given dealing with these sorts of issues can be a minefield of distrust)."

"Called Happy Drains about 9am as my ensuite toilet was blocked which was the only working toilet at the time. They advised that someone could be with me between 10am and 12noon. "I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful. Arranged for someone to call round between 1 and 3. I arrived home at 12.55 to find them patiently waiting outside. They were very friendly and helpful. Did a thorough job clearing the drain, lifting the manhole cover and making sure the water was flowing freely. I was delighted with their service and would definitely recommend them."
