Happy Drains arrive in the estimated time slot, with a 30 minutes advanced call. As arranged. As we have an older house the unblocking of the toilet was not straight forward. The chap layer out clearly the steps he was going to take. The then carried out the work and unblocked the loo and drain. He then clearly explained the work done and further recommendations. He also left the site as clean as he could, given the trickery circumstances. In all he attended the property for about 30 minutes and we now have a fully working loo for Christmas, thank goodness ??

Called Happy Drains as I was let down by another drain company. I got straight through to someone who, after checking for available date called me back within minutes. I was informed that someone would be with me between 9 and 1 the following day. Next day I received a phone call around 10 from technician informing me he would be at my house within half hour. Turned up on time and job was completed before 11 with no mess or disturbance and a great price too. Certainly will use again and highly recommended.

Martin arrived on time, having let me know he was on the way. He quickly got to work and within minutes it was all sorted. He also kindly cleaned up the mess on my patio (the drains had overflowed during heavy rain, leaving it covered in sewage.) As I don't have access to the communal drain (he had to do it from my neighbour's), he even got out a metal detector to locate where my access shaft is (under the patio). Overall, Martin was thoroughly helpful and professional. I must also say of Happy Drains that they answer the phone quickly, and the lady I spoke to was helpful and courteous.
