Kitchen Sink Drain Blockage
Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed.

I had a blocked drain (external to the property). I previously had someone to look at and they explained that the drain had likely collapsed and quoted to fix (over £1k). I thought I would double check. I sent photos in and it was diagnosed as a blocked drain but further along the pipe past the 'U' bend (hence why I couldn't get to it).
