Cellar flood.
We had a cellar flood due to heavy surface rain. Bob, our drainage guy was wonderful. He rode the drains through to the street, some 20 metres plus. Cleared and cleaned all silt and waste from the sumps and washed down and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. He stayed over 2 hrs from 6pm till 8.30. It was a freezing cold wet night and much of the work was in freezing damp conditions. But he worked until the problem was fixed. All for the quoted fee. Cannot recommend highly enough.

He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."
