I've used Happy Drains for many years. From complicated jobs (rebuilding a damaged sewer drain) to just a quick unblock. The last job was a simple blocked main drain. They came in the afternoon, called ahead to tell me the time they would be arriving. It was a simple job but when you have a household using the shower and toilet it needed to be sorted. Given a blocked drain is distress purchased I assumed the worst and was ready to get ripped off. Reality was very different. Called late pm on Sunday and got appointment first thing on the Monday am for a fixed-fee job. Really nice bloke turned up and was done in about 30 minutes (which included putting a camera down the drain so he could best advise me on how to pick up with the water board to avoid a repeat job). And I ended up paying exactly what I'd originally been told the cost of the job would be. Fabulous.
