Called Happy Drains as although drain wasn't blocked it was smelling and there were drains flies. Excellent communication from all, keeping me informed as to time etc. They came the next day, on time, and hosed the drains out. I called them in the morning. The person who answered was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was booked for that same afternoon. The engineer called 45mn before arriving and was right on time. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. They all made the costs very clear all along. We booked in a clean because our drain in the back garden smelled like rotting eggs. The technician took off the manhole cover and could see it was completely blocked. It was not a very easy job; in fact it was pretty tricky but the engineer did sn excellent job in un blocking the drain and really cleaning things up.
