Fantastic service and employees. Arranging the appointment was exceptionally easy as the people on the phones were friendly and efficient. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."
