Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. Unblocking of drain/sewage pipe
The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

Very polite and professional. Did his absolute best to unblock the drains and cleaned up any mess that was made. After successfully unblocking the drains he left my house clean and tidy.
