He call prior to arrival to confirm he was on his way, arrived and found the problem quickly (which was roots growing into the drain. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
