And cleared it completely, in 15-20 minutes. He left the area 100% clean and tidy and finally, offered us some useful advice on managing the drain going forward. Jason from Happy Drains arrived on time and even called ahead to let us know exactly when he'd be arriving. Jason was polite and friendly from beginning to end. He sorted out the problem far quicker than expected considering the dire state of the blockage. After he'd done a wonderful job he then explained exactly how it had happened in detail, what needed to be fixed and told me some preventative measures to help avoid the problem from recurring until then."
