Kitchen Sink Drain Blockage
Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed.

I had been living with an awful smell in the house since I moved in 2 months ago. I've had 3 plumbers to the house and not one was able to resolve the problem. Engineer from Happy Drains came out today and identified the problem immediately. He cleared a blocked gully beneath the kitchen window and instantly the foul smell has disappeared! I am thrilled!!! "After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
