"Realised I had a problem when had to almost swim to the car. Thought I was covered by B Gas Homecare but I wasn't. Called out Happy Drains, competitive price, friendly and helpful on the phone. Turned up when they said they would. Quickly assessed the situation and cleared the sewer. Cleaned up and left. Staff were friendly and polite. I couldn't ask for more, would recommend them "

Foul smell in bathroom

"I had a disgusting smell of sewage coming through my pipes in the bathroom, after trying to solve the problem myself unsuccessfully i called Happy Drains and Alex arrived as planned, as soon as he flushed the loo he knew instantly what the problem was - a blockage in the pipes. To say he solved my problem is an understatement, he went to both of my neighbours to check their drains until he found the blockage and then went ahead and flushed the pipes through. He was a true gentleman, polite, funny and very caring. I highly recommend this company and especially Alex. Thank you Alex"
