Soil waste was coming up through the nearby drainpipe drain and into the garden so clearly an urgent response required. Called at 08.00, job done and sorted by 10.30 the same day. The "mess" was all cleaned up and we can flush again with confidence. We were advised of the potential problem with the sewerage pipe that caused the blockage with advice of what can be done to prevent this happening again. However I was happy that there was no pressure/sales talk to try and persuade up to book this further work. Good job, punctual, fair price, helpful staff and good communication.
