"Fantastic service and employees. Arranging the appointment was exceptionally easy as the people on the phones were friendly and efficient. Jason from Happy Drains arrived on time and even called ahead to let us know exactly when he'd be arriving. Jason was polite and friendly from beginning to end. He sorted out the problem far quicker than expected considering the dire state of the blockage. After he'd done a wonderful job he then explained exactly how it had happened in detail, what needed to be fixed and told me some preventative measures to help avoid the problem from recurring until then."

"The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!"

I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made.
