Tommy and Gordon came round and were really polite and helpful from the offset. I was meant to have a survey but they listens to what I thought was the problem, told they understood and said they didn't need to carry out a survey and could unblock the drain. They then started work, got the problem sorted and gave me some advice on how to maintain the drain going forward. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean!
