From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made.
