"I had a blocked exterior drain that was backing up into the house and needed an emergency call out. I called for a quote and Happy Drains called me back to say they couldn't get out to me due to unforeseen circumstances but were Happy to talk me through clearing the blockage over the phone. 10/10 service!"

"Just moved into new home &found drains blocked. Water company said couldn't come out for 3-5 days, - too long if you can't use the loo! Left message for Gary. Even though it was Sunday, he called back really quickly and talked us through what problem might be, reassured us we'd be okay overnight, and if the water company still wasn't able to attend, he'd come out Monday to fix things. Thankfully, water company engineer very helpfully appeared at 6pm and cleared things. Gary called back early Monday to check on us, and was again so helpful. Couldn't ask for someone more helpful!"

"Contacted Happy Drains with a full description of the problem. An appointment was arranged. I was supplied with a list of services and prices. I was contacted on the day giving me a time of arrival. William carried out the necessary work quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and gave useful advice. INitially cleared blockage but found root mass in the sewer so cleared that as well

"Not used this company before but when I was unable to clear a blockage in my sewer line I gave them a call. They were responsive and the engineer just got to work, identified where the sewer ran then blasted it clear. The sewer was running again within 15 mins. The knowledgeable engineer said he believed there were roots in the sewer as he could "feel" them. A camera run showed the root mass and where located. He blasted the roots from the inside then found that the majority were ingressing through the side of the sump on one of the manholes so cleared those too. Highly recommend this company"
