He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. They kept me informed about the visit and the engineer turned up when he said. The work was carried out efficiently and under difficult circumstances as there had been a flood and it was quite difficult to manoeuvre his equipment as there were obstacles all over the place.
