We had Arran come round to unblock our toilet after I tried all the usual DIY attempts. He explained everything fully, told us the options and tried everything possible without going in to the more costly fixes. Birmingha based: Blocked outside drain that STW 'cleared' - and promptly filled up again! Went to find a few companies (one promised to turn up and didn't...) and finally found Happy Drains Had one of the politest conversations I've ever had about sewer problems! the guy on the phone was friendly and recommended some things to do about the flooding that had occurred and scheduled a call in the next few days.. One visit later, everything cleared up! did a 'look see' camera inspection (costs extra btw) and was talked through how the piping was and if any remedial work was needed Really reccomeded!

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
