I had a blocked drain (external to the property). I previously had someone to look at and they explained that the drain had likely collapsed and quoted to fix (over £1k). I thought I would double check. Happy Drains visited and drain was clear within minutes (blocked trap) with no requirement to dig up garden and replace drains (or use a camera). 60 day guarantee inc in case it blocks again. I sent photos in and it was diagnosed as a blocked drain but further along the pipe past the 'U' bend (hence why I couldn't get to it).
