He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. They kept me informed about the visit and the engineer turned up when he said. The work was carried out efficiently and under difficult circumstances as there had been a flood and it was quite difficult to manoeuvre his equipment as there were obstacles all over the place. Alex managed to clear the blockage from the bath pipe using his wet vacuum cleaner but the sink pipework has more difficult to work on due to poor access including a pedestal which was too heavy to move without causing damage to the wall. But, he still managed to improve the drainage flow and then gave me clear advice on how to improve the pipework if they became blocked again. All in all I was very pleased with the standard and professionalism of the work undertaken and would recommend the company to friends, relatives etc.
