We had been living without a bathroom for weeks, after no effort from the landlord we came on checkatrade and found happy drains. The gentleman that came out was absolutely amazing! Happy Drains arrive in the estimated time slot, with a 30 minutes advanced call. As arranged. As we have an older house the unblocking of the toilet was not straight forward. The chap layer out clearly the steps he was going to take. The then carried out the work and unblocked the loo and drain. He then clearly explained the work done and further recommendations. He also left the site as clean as he could, given the trickery circumstances. In all he attended the property for about 30 minutes and we now have a fully working loo for Christmas, thank goodness ??
