Work initially appeared successful. However problem started to repersist to a level where action is again required. Although clearly the same issue that needs to be investigated in greater detail than the initial work, Happy Drains state that because out of their 30 day guarantee they will not come back out without fully charging again. There was no budging on this, and no attempt to try to accommodate a job clearly initially not fully successfully completed. My mistakes - not spotting this is not a local company, and believing that there would be some pride in wanting to keep customers happy!

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
