"The work was never carried out. The engineer rocked up, claimed the septic tank was not emptied, which is untrue as it was emptied 10 days prior with barely anything in it as it had already been emptied 3 months prior to that. He did not listen to what he was supposed to do as agreed with the company after another engineer had come out previously and found d the whole system needed to be replaced. Happy drains quoted £2500 for the work, we waited over 2 weeks for their available dates and yet the engineer came and said he can't do the work. The septic tank is not full or faulty as he claims!"
