Last week one of our expert site engineers Tony visited a property in Farnham in Surrey. The customer contacted the day before reporting a severe drain blockage. He tried a number of home remedies to fix himself but without much luck. That’s when we came to solve this issue:
“Tony was on site within 90 mins of my call. The staff on my call were very professional and helpful. Given the current pandemic, Tony kept his distance, was friendly, helpful, explained the problem and speedily resolved the issue. I could not be more delighted and reassured at his work.”
In March our contact service number 0800 849 8099 received a call from a customer in Chippenham, North West Wiltshire. The issue raised was quite a large blockage in the kitchen pipes. We attended and instantly identified a big collection of food waste lodged within the pipe works. Luckily our lads had just had their dinners – so the food was removed safely and disposed of rather than doggy bagged up! After the blockage was removed, we had once again another happy Happy Drains customer;

We attended a property in Addlestone, Surrey in February after a customer contacted us to report drain blockage and drain cover faults. We attended, carried out the work and received the following review:
“Gordon and his colleague arrived well within the time slot I was given by his office. The blockage in my drain was cleared in 45 minutes. The system was well flushed through and the four heavy drain covers were replaced. The office quoted a fixed price for the job, which was the price I was charged plus the vat. Gordon and his colleague gave me some helpful advice if I wanted to replace the drain covers in future. All in all, I have had a very satisfying experience dealing with Happy Drains Ltd – professional service and will certainly use them again if I should have any further problems.”
Once we had a call for a full-house, we couldn’t wait to attend the property of one of our customers in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The full-house I hear you say, yes, broken toilet, shower, sinks and bath. It’s a daunting thing to happen to anyone but strangely we have great satisfaction of getting these key services back up and running with minimal fuss.
