First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted. Engineer (Quinn) rang with ETA, arrived in middle of time slot. He was polite, professional, he quickly located and removed the problem and flushed the whole drainage system.”

“I called them in the morning. The person who answered was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was booked for that same afternoon. The engineer called 45mn before arriving and was right on time. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. They all made the costs very clear all along. My problem was solved, there no surprises with the price which was perfectly justified. I will definitely call them again if I have a problem again.”
